Tattoo Removal in Lebanon, recommendations?

Has anyone done proper tattoo removal in Lebanon (middle east) successfully? Couldn't find independent before/after pics posted anywhere (outside clinic/dr websites). It's so expensive and time consuming that hearing a first hand experience and recommendation from someone would be really helpful. Thanks
