Can you only get 5 catch-up skill points at a time?

Hi, so I did the first and second expeditions, but only got 2 extra skill points from each. I was hoping to get 5 points from damage this 5th expedition (my third), and then 6 catch-up points at 300k per point of stash value, but the game is only showing me as having 5 catch-up points available as reward, even though I have 3 mil in stash value currently.

So I’m wondering if I’m not understanding something and it has been stated you can only get 5 catch-up points at a time, and to get my 15 total points I will get 1 point on the 2027 expedition.

A bit confusing, sorry.
