LF Travel Advice

I know I’ve asked somewhat this question on my last post but I need some further clarification because I’m getting mixed answers everywhere.

government travel card - how do I book a hotel with this thing, request a credit limit increase, etc?

Personal credit card - am I using this to cover all MALT expenses (gas, per diem)?

I have zero experience with PCSing and I’m currently assigned to a temporary station since I went through the PSDEP program.

I’m leaving at the end of this month and just got orders last week. My HHG shipment has already been setup.
