To Indian users, at how much should I purchase a used Xiaomi Pad 7 8/128 GB variant, bought 13 months back?

Initially I was biased over 12/256 Nano texture variant and I got to know that it's screen can't be protected with a screen protector, it always remain naked, prone to scratches all the time. Also, it's very prone to marks if the fingertips are dirty/oily, cleaning it's screen is a big challange.

Currently the same variant is available at 31k and so I heard the it would come near 25kish in upcoming GIF/BBD sale so I was just waiting over until I got an offer from a mutual friend.

He actually bought it at 26k.

So guys, what do you think? Please do let me know at how much I should bargain with him?
