Mental Fatigue post Hyrox

Hi All! I finished my first solo Hyrox yesterday. I’m sore but not as much as I anticipated…which honestly makes me fearful for tomorrow….but something I wasn’t prepared for was the feeling of TIRED. I got a decent nights sleep, but the brain fog and sleepy eyes threw me for a loop.

Anyone else MENTALLY drained post race? Physically was all I was prepared for.😂
