Devy Dynasty League Start up

I know it's really late for this and we’re ridiculously close to week 1 but would love to get a devy start up done so we can have a devy draft next year.

What is devy?
A Devy league is basically a dynasty league with the addon that after the annual rookie draft there is an additional devy draft where you select college players. After these players went through their college career and enter the NFL they get automatically added to your roster.
