Pay for ceremony if your child turned 18 after citizenship application.

I made the application for my child while she was still 17 so the cost of the ceremony was not included. The application was successful as I got an email to say I need to send my card details so that I can pay the £130.

I've done this. How long does it take for them to reply and take the money from my account.

How do I know they've got the email.

Has anyone done this before.

I'm a little bit worried it may have been a scam but they did have my application reference number.
