Creepy guy following and staring at me when I was coming back from work

Today when I was coming from work a creepy guy was staring at me and following me I was in the E Rickshaw and he was looking at me from behind and following the auto to a certain point

He didn’t even blink I was ready to throw hands and got my pepper spray ready He had a weird creepy smile He was giving me…. Worst part is my apartment main gate is from a very dark alley with like almost no lights and I was worrying what if he follows me till my house thankfully he was not able to I think he was too drunk and His eyes were literally half yellow worst part was dude had a diesel bike and it was giving my hard time breathing I had to use my inhaler and inhalers also kinda give me anxiety like feeling as a side effect
