Not sure if you stumbled on this, Panasonic Europe released a [super detailed guide for the L10](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLRAnpGpKVM4M).

And well, the J. they quote in one of videos, is me! 🥲

Was one of the super lucky ones to get the L10 at launch here in UK and after a couple of weeks I received an email from one of their head of commerce asking for my opinion on the purchase.

I initially considered it an automated message, so I was about to dismiss it, if it wasn't for the fact that I was struggling with the L10.

Lumix settings are a bit overwhelming the first time one ponders with them, and even if I had a brief experience with the S9, with the L10 things were not clicking and I was struggling to get images I was happy with, especially because I could see all those youtubers from the previews getting stunning results.

So yeah, I replied and that email is quoted here:

And well, I felft both happy and somehow guilty of this lol, long story short, now I've actually managed to have some pretty decent results with the camera after some time, but I'm going through this all Playlist as I'm learning new stuff!

Hope it's useful for someone else as well.

(I'm using "bully" with sarcasm here, there was no anger or insults in my email, just annoyance by feeling almost like I wasn't smart enough to figure the camera ;P )

Did I bully Panasonic into this? (L10)
