How much does water change temperature when transferring from kettle to another device?

I travel and don't have access to a thermometer at the moment but curious if a fellow nerd has worked this out. I brew with a portable travel kettle where I can set 2 temps, then I move it into this jug to pour. Curious as how many degrees is lost by instantly transferring to the pouring gooseneck jug and how quickly it cools down.
