Lawyer for Land/House Purchase in Poland

Hi, I’m looking for a lawyer regarding the purchase of land/a house in Poland.

I’m interested in checking the ownership, development/building possibilities, etc. — not legalization/immigration services.

If anyone can help directly or recommend someone, I’d really appreciate it!
