[spoiler] before very long cycle - Trick related

I just completed the order 66 bit. I had Tel in the squad that I chose for that mission and when controlling Trick I could only shoot Tel. How is this different when Tel isn’t on the squad? Do you still have to put him down? Do you still get minor “control” over him?
It’d be cool if this interaction played out differently. I was also a little disappointed that this wasn’t a “use all your guys” mission, or at least all the main characters because we’re literally fighting in front of the ship and it involves an important character. Although I am really enjoying the game so far and loving having more clone wars stuff.

Edit: thanks that clears it up. Yeah it’d be cool if you didn’t bring tel it played out differently. Oh well…
