Is there any resource on campus for neuro/psych evaluations?

Might be a longshot, but was wondering if there was any sort of resource on Campus that conducts evals for an official ASD/ADHD diagnosis? Possibly low cost or free as some programs will do it if you agree to be part of a study. And if this exists, will they accept non-students?

26 M, non-student, living in Storrs. Tried Advanced Psychological Services in Tolland - OOP upfront cost was unaffordable, and they don't take my insurance (Cigna). I couldn't find any other practice in the area accepting adults, and they claimed their OOP costs are within the average for CT anyway. Looking for alternatives at this point. Thanks
