Fresenius vs. DaVita as a PCT — which would you choose?

I’m trying to decide between Fresenius and DaVita for a PCT position and wanted to hear from anyone who has experience working for either company.
I’m in the Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania area, so I’d especially love to hear from anyone who has worked at either company locally, but I’m also interested in general experiences with Fresenius vs. DaVita.
How was the training, management, scheduling, workload, pay/raises, and overall work environment? If you’ve worked for both, which did you prefer and why?
I know individual clinics can vary a lot, so I’m curious how much the experience depends on the specific location versus the company itself.
