UCSB Middle Class Scholarship?

My daughter qualified for the MCS last year. It was funded late but she did get it (I believe in October). It was not on her Financial Aid Award letter but she received it anyway.

This year, it did not show up on her Aid letter again. Right now the BARC bill has a balance due. I will pay it and hope that she gets the Middle Class Scholarship again - has anyone dealt with this guessing game?
