Evening schedule after daycare

How's your preschooler's evening schedule look like?
I usually let him play in the playground or go grocery shopping after pick up and dinner time at 6:30. Often he is only one playing at the playground between 5:00 and 6:00pm. I was wondering what other families' evening schedule look like. Having a dinner early and then play outdoor later or staying at home for the evening or doing other activities?

My 2.5 year old one
wakes up around 7-7:30am,
nap about 0.5 to 1.5hours waken up at 2pm,
afternoon snack time at 2:30pm,
picked up from daycare around 4:30pm having a banana or cheese stick,
outdoor play or grocery shopping before dinner,
dinner time at 6:30pm,
takes shower at 7:30pm,
play in pyjama and go to bed around 8:30pm,
falls asleep by around 9pm.
