Foundry Reserve or Agop 30th?

Hey! I'm looking to get a new hihat to complete my setup and have these two as my options (Meinl foundry reserve 15" or Agop 30th 15"). I'm generally looking for a dark sound with a nice wash (not too washy) and with a nice stick definition. Would love to hear opinions on them and if anyone has other suggestions? Thanks.

(Mainly playing in church - not sure if that would give an idea as to what I'm looking for)
