[F04] Returning player from PS4 looking for modpack reccomendations on PC

Just bought the latest version with all DLC and I'm looking for a ready-made stable modpack with the following features being my priority:

1. Better survival (More needs/Harder needs)

2. Damage tied to bullet caliber not gun itself

3. Better enemy AI / more difficult enemies

4. Immersive first person camera/combat mods

5. Settlement raid overhaul (I want a RimWorld feel. Raids felt like an inconvenience not a threat)

6. More main story flexibility - ability to sequence break or kill essential NPCs and continue the story somehow (Just better roleplaying in general)

Any reccomendations? I looked at fusion and magnum opus but is there a modpack that stands out as the best fit for my needs?
