Looking for advice regarding ex partner, is anyone able to talk?

Hi bit of a weird one, I have to be vague as she knows my reddit, but could really do with some perspective and advice from someone that deals with BPD themselves. :)

Is anyone able to maybe DM and lend some advice?

Unsure if this is really the right subreddit or if there is a more casual BPD sub I can ask for advice on.
