The 'Popout Window' in the new desktop app is stuck in Codex mode. How do I switch it to using chatGBT?

I have reached my limit for Codex for a week. However, I regularly use the 'popout window' for quick questions, but it wont let me use it as it is stuck in codex mode rather than chatgbt. How do I get it to change to chatGBT?
