Doubts about progesterone dosage and its influence during TRT

Hi ladies. I'm coming to this sub because it's always helped me during my menopause journey. I use an Evopad 75 mg estrogen patch, along with testosterone cream (which helped me a lot) and 100mg progesterone every 15 days. I don't know if it's because of my lifestyle, but lately I've noticed more anxiety in my daily life ((Although it also has great benefits for libido and sexual health). Could the testosterone have something to do with it? Since experiencing this anxiety, I switched from using my progesterone vaginally to orally, as it calms me down a bit. (Before starting testosterone, I used progesterone Only vaginally because It made me very drowsy and low on energy, and heard it killed libido. The thing is, now when I take it orally, I find relief from this anxiety. Perhaps I should increase the dose of progesterona? What is your experience with progesterone?
