Is Shands PCA orientation as time-consuming as they say it will be?

Employment

I just had an interview for a med-surg PCA position at Shands. It went well, so I wouldn't be surprised if I got the job. I'm wondering, though, because they said the orientation is one week, M-F, 7 a.m.- 3 p.m. each day, and they asked if I was able to commit to that. I said yes, but in reality I'm freaking out because I have mandatory labs Mon, Tues, Wed that claim in the syllabus they don't excuse absences for things like a job orientation. I'm wondering if orientation is actually that many days and for that long or if it was more of a test to see if how willing I am to make time for the role. Looking for any tips or advice :)
