F4F version of the beginner series or similar files?

My bestie really struggles with dropping and I'm not really good at tisting either, but many people recommended this series and I also really enjoyed many of Shibby's audios that were F4F but many files in this series are tagged as F4M.

Any recommendations or alternatives?

I had a really easy time dropping so I honestly don't know how to judge if a file is AUDHD or beginner friendly and wanna try to be as helpful as possible for her.
