How can i [23F] comfort my long distance gf [24F]?

She's dealing with so much family drama and other physical and mental health issues these past few months.

I don't know much about her past and trauma because she said she gets schizophrenia attacks when she talks about it and i told her she doesn't need to tell me,we can talk about it some other time and when she's ready.

I don't know how to comfort her or help her in any way, i do of course try to be understanding and tell her if she wants to talk about it and it'll go well and I'm here for her but I don't think it's enough and i just end up saying the same things everytime.
