Low gpa, 520 mcat, 127 cars

Hey all, I got my MCAT score today, pretty thrilled with the overall, but my cars score really hurt. I was banking on a high cars for Mac (I was averaging around a 129-130 in practice), but I don’t think that’s an option anymore.
My GPA is around a 3.7x. I took a pretty hard program in undergrad and I was honestly pretty proud of my grades until I realized they are quite below average.

Does anyone have any advice for someone in position? My ECs are ~decent~, a few long term commitments and other stuff that’s healthcare adjacent and personal to me, alongside some research.
