Random occurrences

So i have an a26 5g and for a month now randomly about 2 or 3 times throughout the day my phone makes the sound when you access Gemini by holding the power button. After contacting support I was told by them that this is normal and theres nothing wrong with my phone but ive had this phone for 8 months and for 7 of those months I have not heard the random "du du" noise.

Anything I can do, I do have warranty but I have a bunch of photos and I dont have any storage plan since its full?
