Hiring processes with university positions...

ok-- applied for a job .. Initial screening was 07/20, actual interview was 08/07.. invited to an additional interview for 08/12.. after 14 business days sent an email for a follow up ... I got a response on the following week (9/3) and was told that they are waiting on HR for the next steps ... am i in the clear or should i be worried ?
