Help! Is this period acne or fungal

Hi so i’ve never really dealt with acne much of my life but i moved to the northeast about a year ago and ever since my skin has been fucked up. i have periods of recovery but i don’t really know what to do anymore. Part of me wants to think maybe this is just period acne but i’m really unsure. I can’t afford a derm so i thought maybe someone has had a similar experience. It has been destroying my confidence and i’m starting to lose hope.

Also my current face routine products are panoxyl and cerave foaming cleanser (sometimes double wash, just depends on the day), good molecules niacinamide serum, and vanicream face moisturizer. I also use the centella sunscreen. Please help!
