Sports Chrono advanced question

I'm looking for a used Cayenne 2019 to 2023 and I definitely see the need to find a car with PASM but not sure about the sports Chrono. I have a few questions and I'm hoping someone can help me out

Does pressing the center button on the sports Chrono actually give you more boost and therefore more power or does it just change the drive mode temporarily

When people say sports plus gives you better throttle response. Does it mean a more aggressive throttle map eg you foot is down on the throttle at 20% but it reads it at 40% or is it actually more responsive

Also there is an individual button on the center console without sports chrono. What is the difference between the one in the steering wheel and the center console?

Can I mimic sports plus that is only available on sports Chrono with the individual setrings?
