does anyone actually know what they want to do with their life?

Question

im expected to have applied for colleges by december to make sure i have a better chance at getting where i want, but how am i supposed to choose what college to go to if im not sure what courses i want to take?

in my school, were were only given 3 options (as opposed to the 4 every other year before mine were given so we have more time on the ones we do choose) and mine were computer science, art, and music. the thing is though, while id love a creative career in art or music, i dont know if i should actually do them at college because every adult around me tries to tell me its not worth it and ill just struggle in life.

i dont have a clue what job i want when im older, and its really inconvenient being indecisive when so many important decisions rely on having an idea. i only chose the options i did because i enjoy them as subjects and do very well in them (got an L2D on my component 1 for music 😎).

for anyone who actually knows what they want to do with their life, how did you decide? and do you have any tips/advice?
