Anyone premenopausal decide to stop ovarian suppression + AI and switch to Tamoxifen only?

I want to talk to my oncologist about switching to Tamoxifen + Verzenio so that I am no longer post-menopausal. All of my issues with treatment are due to the medical menopause. I had my estrogen levels tested and my estrogen is non detectable on Lupron + Exemestane. My issues are rapid accelerated loss of collagen and aging of my skin especially my upper legs (loose jelly like skin now??) and lower face, bone density loss, loss of libido, hair loss and thinning, brain fog and weight gain in my hips and stomach. I am not ready to be an old lady yet!! I am thinking that on Tamoxifen only I will be back to pre-menopausal levels of estrogen. I just feel so haggard and unattractive and am pretty miserable in the forced menopause.
