DAK Apricotini and Rumba, any thoughts?

Just picked these up today at a local cafe, roasted on Sept 2. The notes sound lovely and I’m curious if any of you have tried them and if you have any brewing tips. I know Dak tends to get better after a few weeks of sitting but I think I’ll try them sooner than later lol.
