Missed the Marketing Management orientation due to ilness, am I screwed?

Hi everyone!

I'm a first-year marketing management major and unfortunately I caught the flu a couple days ago. I heard that the orientation today will be explaining a lot of key things that I need to know as a first-year and I'm worried about being behind.

Is it as big of a deal as I'm making it out to be, or is it fine?
