Help please asap for crohns/eczema

Hello everyone I could really use yalls help! My primary principal problem is Crohn’s for about 12 years now. Currently have been on Rinvoq for a year and have been on the 30mg maintenance dose for 6/7 month. I’ve struggled a lot with different eczema issues on and off since around 2022-23, and tried so many different options to help treat it and they’ve worked temporarily but never fully cleared up permanently, since it would always come back. These past few months/year have been really hard figuring out Crohns remission and fighting the skin issues at the same time. The Rinvoq worked really well for the Crohns and the eczema at first. I’ve had some of the works issues with my skin than ever recently while on the Rinvoq, and I understand that it is supposed to help with skin issues also aside from the Crohn’s. I’m at a loss of what to do, seen multiple dermatologists and a specialist specializing in Crohn’s related eczema as well which is apparently the type that I have, since they go hand in hand. My Crohn’s is currently in remission but the skin flares and dryness are still just as bad, so I’m switching to tremfya to see if any of the symptoms are medication related. Do y’all have any tips on what to do or what y’all have experience with and found what works for you? Also have tried multiple different body washes for eczema, everything scent free, just about every lotion and moisturizer you can find that’s rich and made to help with eczema, but still with no results that resolve my skin issues. Please help if yall can,
