Anyone Experience Google Applications Glitch?

Recently a lot of Google job postings have been appearing that fit my domain of expertise. I passed the GHA a couple months ago and have been applying to positions that I think fit my background very well. Usually my applications say a mix of submitted, assesment passed or not proceeding.

But something weird happened recently, I went to apply to a role, and I got hit with the you cannot apply to more than 3 jobs in 30 days. Ok, no problem at all. About an hour later I see that all my applications from the last 30 days have been updated to not proceeding.

I find this extremely weird considering I have apps from months ago, still saying submitted or assesment passed. Mind you I also applied to these jobs 3 days ago, and they were all updated simultaneously on Labor Day? Seems like I may have triggered something.

Has anyone experienced anything like this before? Should I apply again from a different account, especially since I now have someone willing to give me a referral. The roles are actually really good fits.
