How are you helping marketing teams turn AI visibility advice into repeatable weekly practice?

A lot of AI search advice sounds useful until you try to turn it into a routine for an actual team.

People may understand that content needs clear structure, stronger evidence, and consistent terminology. The harder part is getting everyone to apply those ideas while planning pages, reviewing drafts, checking citations, and reporting results.

I have been thinking about this as a learning problem rather than only an SEO problem. A one time workshop can introduce the concepts, but teams probably need smaller, repeated learning sessions connected to the work they are already doing.

I recently came across Scholé, which takes a more guided approach to learning with AI tutors and short sessions. I have not used every part of it, but the idea of adapting learning to a person’s role seems more practical than giving everyone the same generic course.

How are other teams building this kind of continuous learning into their SEO or content workflow?
