Insurance renewal

Hey everyone,

Are there any Canadian dashers in here that can direct me as to how to update my insurance documents? Ubereats is so easy, doordash is not. I can't find anywhere to update it and contacted support, who were useless as usual. Instead if answering my question, they sent an email asking for me to identify myself before it can be escalated. Not sure why this would need to be escalated 🤦‍♀️
