Built a lead-scoring + personalized-outreach workflow — here's the exact node chain

Kept seeing the same failure mode with lead follow-up: either everyone gets the same generic template (feels lazy, converts badly) or someone manually reads every submission to prioritize (doesn't scale past a handful a day).

Ended up building this instead: Webhook trigger to AI scores the lead against your ICP and drafts an opener pulled from something specific they actually wrote, then every lead gets logged regardless of score (so nothing falls through), then qualified leads get that personalized outreach sent automatically, unqualified ones just sit logged for later.

The part that actually matters: the AI opener references something specific from what the lead wrote, not a generic "saw you're interested in X" line. That's the difference between a reply and an unsubscribe.
