Best Chem 1411 Professor?

Anyone have any advice for a CHEM 1411 professor who's great? I don't mind traveling far to a different campus nor mind an online class, as long as the material is easy to understand. If there's no webcam on exam, id be so happy. So I took Chem 1411 this semester and got possibly the worst professor, her name is rukma basnayake.

Her rate my professor reviews were lying, class is possible the worst, (its a regular session btw) the first exam was within 3 weeks of the start period and it was over 3 chapters, her lectures are extremely hard to understand and are very long. She provided the practice test on the first exam which is +250 Questions, while the exam it self is 50 questions. She gives very very vague answers, and tells you to visit her during office hours rather then responding to emails.
