APS and Passport not matching and unable to book appointment

Hello, I am planning to pursue my Master's degree in Germany. As part of the application process, I applied for an APS certificate.

However, I recently noticed that my passport number was entered incorrectly in my APS application due to a small inadvertent error.

While booking my VFS appointment and completing the application, I encountered an issue where my passport was not getting mapped because the passport number mentioned in my APS records does not match my actual passport number. As a result, I am unable to submit my VFS application and proceed with my visa process.

I emailed APS regarding the issue they replied me same day stating that we have resolved the issue and you can book your appointment after 48-72 hours. This was Friday noon.

Today is Tuesday night, I am still facing the same issue,

Anyone faced the same issue, please reply as I am really tensed now as appointment date is getting shifted day by day.
