I think even if Ichigo married Orihime his most important person is still Rukia, i think if both Rukia and Orihime were about to die and Ichigo could only save one it would be Rukia

I hope the anime fixes the ending and give us IchiRuki, kubo is so stupid for ending it IchiHime
