Osap recalculated

My osap was calculated abt 3 weeks ago and I was able to get a loan of around 4500$. Now My osap just got recalculated and I'm getting 0$!? I'm super confused because the estimate said I would get money, and now I'm not eligible for any financial need through my university. Is there anything I can do/ or request a review? (I'm also not the only student in my family attending post-secondary)
