SLCC hiring?

I've applied to a dozen or so positions over the past few months and have heard nothing back. If I look at my profile they all say active, I've not been rejected. Is there anything I should be doing? I know, dumb question, but I've been job searching for close to a year now. If anybody wants a program manager with five years experience and an MBA, I'll do literally anything.
