types of needles

I'm thinking about starting self injecting sustanon because I'm sick of waiting for the NHS even though I know I'll have it with them in like a month or two.

I know I need a 21g for drawing and 23g for injecting but I've seen stuff about filter needles because of the fact that it comes in glass ampules? How necessary is that lol
