Anyone who has undiagnosed adult ADHD struggling with his career or job, or it just me?

I’m an electrical engineer with around 7 years of experience, including 3 years working in a factory. I’ve always struggled with procrastination, staying organized, focusing on routine tasks, meeting deadlines, and being consistent at work.

I know I’m capable, but my career hasn’t progressed the way I expected, and I’m currently struggling with finding the right job. Sometimes I wonder how much of this is actually ADHD.

Did anyone else experience something similar before getting diagnosed? Did treatment make a real difference in your career? I’m unemployed at the moment.
