Built an open source ERP and now helping small businesses actually use it

So I spent like 6 months rewriting this Laravel project I had into FastAPI and React because I wanted actual control over the architecture, you know?

Stack: FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, React, React Native.

What it does: CRM, HR, payroll, GST invoicing, inventory, helpdesk, chat, notifications - basically everything a growing Indian business actually needs to not drown in spreadsheets.

Why I did this: Odoo is way too heavy. Just bloat. I needed something smaller that actually worked without needing a team just to maintain it.

How I'm making money from this: Implementation. I help businesses set it up, configure it for their workflows, train the team, do integrations, all that stuff. The code is free. The implementation expertise is what I charge for.

Looking for early customers in India for implementation projects right now (anywhere from 2K to 10K+ depending on scope).
