BCBS coverage

Hello gals!

Has anyone gotten diagnosed with BCBS coverage and paid minimal fees? I know I have good coverage but I’m struggling to find a non scammy place. One place told me my out-of-pocket cost with my insurance benefits would be $100 and then their website is charging me $500 on top of that. Is $600 reasonable these days?
