Loan Revision

So I had submitted a loan revision request form under the impression I request the difference that was not given to me from being 9 unit student compared to 12 unit. I call they tell me I did it correctly...8 days later denied for being incorrect lmaoooo what a joke. So I now just resubmitted it with the original full loan amount for 12 units instead of just the difference and hope that is what they mean. Pray for me plz ugh
