Calming Things to Listen to As You Knit? (not sure what else to say for 50 character title rule lol)

Hello! What are you listening to as you knit? I'm currently wanting to listen to something with talking, maybe something instructional or explanatory without needing to watch what they're doing. Ex.: I really liked the vibe of listening to someone instruct me how to crochet a cardigan on a YouTube but I kept wanting to look up to see what they were doing and it disrupted my flow. It could be about anything: history, plants, self help, just maybe not gossip cos it gets me too excited 😂. Pretty much something calming but can give me something to think on. I like podcasts but sometimes they can get really excitable, or sometimes I don't like the change in people talking (at least, in this mood I'm in).
