*Help needed* Spain tourist visa with wife at BLS MANCHESTER ON 10 Sep.

Hi, Can you please help if someone have experience in this. Me and my wife applying spain tourist visa on 10/09 at BLS MANCHESTER and she has ILR and i am her dependent, i wanted to sponsor her all expenses and what documents should i include for her as she only works part time in tesco and getting employment letter from tesco is hard as it is coming from head office. Is some one have experience in this ?

I am self employed (Business) and i have accountant letter.
